Diversity is differences. It is all the things that makes us wonderfully different, it is the pie chart of identity. Include people, to consciously not gatekeep, to consciously not exclude.

When you are a expert in some field, you can address your expertise in intuitive ways. You can either give it generously, “Hey, I know this and you can know this too” or “Just leave the expertise to me, I know what I am talking about.
